You know...they will ask for anything they believe they can get in the moment. California, where I happen to live, is a different market it seems (especially SoCAL). Mark ups irritate me however I realize if they can get it then its just business. Grateful I found the deal I did OUTSIDE of California !!!!

$10K above sticker. That's ridiculous. I paid $2500 under invoice.

Can't blame them for hoping someone will step through the door and pay that but informed individuals should look elsewhere.

Heard that the lease rates are the same and no loyalty rebate on the Comp.

Neda at Beverly Hills BMW can get you 5.7% off MSRP on orders. Probably get a better deal if on the lot.

Option 1

Sale price- $113.1
Down payment $5K
MF: .00177
Lease payment -$1524 includes taxes
Full leather, EP, DA and M package and HK

Option 2
MSRP -$124.6
Sale price- $117
Down payment $5K
MF: .00177
Lease payment -$1644 includes taxes
Full leather, EP, DA and BW

I'm actually leaning towards option 2 since it has the wheels and stereo I like but is that really worth $4.3K.
Payments will be lower once my trade is reflected but I'm pretty satisfied at these levels.

The deals in San Francisco area and Los Angles area are usually not that great . Plenty of people with a ton of cash that will full price even a mark up

Actually, believe it or not, there are better deals in the Bay Area than that of LA.
I purchased two cars from the Bay Area with substantial amount of discount. One being 2018 Subaru Forester for my wife, dealer discounted the car 1500 below invoice.
