It could be a Daewoo and a M5 for all we care - man can own what he wants in his own garage I'd like to think...

I need to do something with mine - I like it clean and everything put away, but it's just an entire ball of white, especially with the white cars lol...

I do want to do the floors ASAP however...

Maybe he takes M3 to track.

He likes cars, many people that can effort have more then one
Yep, I like cars! And so does my wife, though not as much as me. She tolerates my obsession. M3 is turning into my track car. It has a big break kits, exhaust, and I have separate track wheels/tires. I could have gotten something else but it is paid for and maintained well as I am the only owner.
My wife drives the x5m. We have tried other cars for her and she never likes them. So this is the second x5m she has had. I drive the Volvo for trekking around the kids and their friends. And we pretty frequently have family in town where the seven seats become necessary.

Took this pic tonight before I left for work.

Love the cars and love alpine white as well!

I see plenty of potential in that garage! Def get the floors done. I ordered race deck tiles for mine. Gonna install them this month and then I'll be done for awhile.

Thanks guys!
The x7 looks nice but I don't know that it will be worth the price. I kind of feel like these big barges aren't really worth the $100k+ price tag when my kids will beat the shit out of them.

Saw the X7 at the auto show last night and it just looks like a longer x5 much narrower than I thought. I actually really liked the Lincoln aviator much better and the interior looks amazing for a car that the kids will end up destroying

Pretty much finished my garage floor yesterday evening! I'm pretty happy with the way it came out. I have a few small tiles I still need to cut in a few places for perfect fit, but it's 97% done. I woke up today with the worst soreness in my back and knees from being stooped on the ground for 9 hours! I'm getting too old!!

Thanks guys! It was a fair amount of work between painting, cabinets, and floor, but I think it came together pretty well and will hold me over till my kids are older and I can reclaim some of the space from their junk. And get rid of the seven seater and buy a proper sports car too!

Where did you buy the tiles? I think you've inspired me to do something w/ my garage.

GarageflooringInc.com.
I got the vented grid lock tiles. They have a place on their website where you can make your layout with what ever color schemes to calculate the number of tiles you need in each respective color. Pretty easy. Let me know if you have any questions about it.

How tall is the garage ceiling? I'm about to put a two post lift in mine so fingers crossed it all works out.. wheels have droop when on the two post so hopefully wheels of the car above will not interfere with parking of the F90 down below. In case someone wonders, i like to wrench on cars so two post is more beneficial.

My garage slopes towards the door and is about 124" at the wall and 128" near the door. How tall is your floor? My e90 is about 56" and the f90 is about 57". I have about 6" between the bottom of the lift and the roof of the car underneath. You May have more room in the center underneath the car on top as you won't have any horizontal bars that can hit the top of the car where the shark fin antenna sits. Also, despite your wheels hanging down due to the two post, that space under is where the car below is typically narrower and the wheels may not interfere much at all. You could also get a four post with sliding jacks, though they are a bit pricey. I have one so I can lift one end of the car to work on it.

I liked your rear diffuser arrangement of foiling the middle to white. Would you mind uploading a pic of the rear side of your car

Sorry, a little rainy this morning, but this should give you an idea of what it looks like. I'm going to get rid of the reflectors next and I think then it will look good.
