Hey all, coming from an M4 here and considering an m5 21 in the next 6 mo - 1 yr. I've read through these threads on what deals people are getting, would love some insight here.

The spec I will build will probably be around $120-$130k MSRP. Would probably do zero drive off and max MSD's, have 800 credit. I know MF & incentives at the time of the deal will play a contributing factor here, but any insight on what an average base payment should look like for something of this caliber? Considering leasing since I'm self employed and can use the write off, but also don't mind buying a 6 month old one if it makes more sense. Apologies if this is placed in the wrong thread.

Well, it all depends on the details of the deal, you can lease something in 1200-1800 with zero down and no MSDs. Read through this posting and you will see, it comes down to totality of the numbers and the discounts, MF, residuals, incentives, and if the dealership wants to move the car or if your willing to travel.

Thats awesome. Didn't know there were that many "new" 19's still around especially with so many "individual" options. How did you find it?

You are quoting a deal from April. These cars are gone now.

Good luck, I am hoping to lease one as well in the next few weeks.

More seasoned members will be along to give you even more info.
Solid website btw. I've never leased any of my cars, and this forum has brought a lot of knowledge regarding lease details and fine print that I never knew much about before, but this site was clutch. Thank you

Hmmm is this for 10k miles /36mo? Residual is 58% not 59%. I did hear some markets allow for 7.5k miles/ 36mo even though the national program does not allow for 5 series to be leased for less than 10k/36mo

I am starting to shop around for a 2021 M5 allocation. Still waiting on multiple dealers to get back to me with initial pricing but below is the best I have in the door so far.
What type of discounts is everyone else seeing on the 2021's?

Build:
Nardo Grey
Black Full Merino Leather
Aluminum Dark Carbon Structure Trim
Executive Package
Bowers & Wilkins Sound
Black brake calipers
706M wheels with performance non run-flats

Best Pricing so far:
MSRP: $128,500
Discount: $8,700 (6.8%)
Selling Price: $119,800 (prior to loyalty rebate)
loyalty: $750
Money Factor: .00099
Residual: $73,245 (57%)
Cash Due at Delivery: $1,655 (First month's payment)
Total Monthly Payment: $1,655

Thanks!

Out of curiosity, what are the best ways to get rebates besides BMW CC? I'm somewhat new to this and don't really know much. Live in NJ if that helps.

Get a job at Bmw !!!

but with Bmw cc - Have to be a member for 6 months after you sign up. Up until last year u sign up for bmw CC and you are good to go now u have to sign up be a member for 6 months then u can submit for rebates .

Where in jersey are you ?
