Yes the JB4 is the only piggyback that will hide the CEL delete from catless downpipes.

Good point, we need a confirmation from Terry though.

JB+ is different than the Jb4 and should add the 3.5 psi independently of what stock boost is ... Unless it has a max boost target that it will not cross

Yes JB+ can add up to 3.5 psi if available, but unfortunately that much margin is not available for the M2 application (F22/F30 yes). It plugs into the MAF sensor only and therefore, logically, the ECU is still in charge of the stock max boost pressure. So whatever the stock map provides under low atmospheric pressure conditions (mountains) is effectively your gain. We know from the JB4 tests that effective available boost is maybe 2psi more over stock, due to turbo size. And that's with 93oct.
