anyone know where to get this "turbo" badge...???
I've been looking online for about an hour now, and I can't find any website that sells the "turbo" badge from the 2002 turbos' (picture here)
anyone know where you can buy one of these? i'm thinking it might be a nice addition to the back of a 135i, both since it's truthful and a nod to the 2002 which BMW has so strongly implied the 1 series is derived from... |

ur unlikely to get support from here for help to put badges ON a car. but i think it would look kinda retro to replace 135i with turbo.
good luck!

So wait a sec here, is the badge on those 2002's a BMW badge, or did someone put a porsche "turbo" badge on them? I was under the assumption that those are original BMW badges...??? |

If you want to put Turbo on there then do it...it would be different if you were putting an M-badge WITH a number after it. But remember it is not just "TURBO" it is a TWIN-TURBO.....

although it is "turbo"ed, having a word like bi-turbo or twin turbo would be correct as well... just Porsche's opinion in not using a longer word, perhaps it just didn't look right on the car...

That means you should put TWO "turbo" badges on it.

Yes, really. It's not even the same script.
From http://www.washdcmail.com/02_page/ultimate.html : Most normal 2002 options were either standard or available, except air-conditioning; even cloth seats and a sunroof. Only two colors were available, white and silver (at extra cost). The tri-color motorsport stripes on the sides and front spoiler were optional at no cost. Other distinguishing external features were the "turbo" badge on the left rear, the fender flares, the rear deck spoiler, the lack of a front bumper, and the front spoiler.

Hmm, maybe you could piss multiple people off with an M1/B1 badge.
