Carbahn Stage 2 Tune M5C
After contemplating various tunes and seeing the Carbahn M8 and speaking with Chris at Carbahn, I decided on a stage 2 tune. I used Motor Works West in Wyckoff, NJ. I spoke with the owner Steve, who made me very comfortable with the build, as he had done a similar build for himself. I got an extended warranty through Carbahn for peace of mind and for resale.
Since my car is a '21, the DMEs had to be sent to Femto in Finland to be unlocked. While the DMEs were out, the other work was completed, which includes: - 2 x 3.5bar MAP sensors - 1 x Lightweight Carbahn Heat Exchanger - 2 x CSF Intercoolers - 2 x CarBahn High flow air filters Just over two weeks later, I picked up the car and the initial impression from the seat-of-the-pants drive home is that the car feels incredible. I didn't really get to open the beast up during rush hour traffic and the biblical rain we have received in the northeast during the past week hasn't helped. I just got some race fuel and look forward to posting draggy and dyno results soon. Below is a teaser of the build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SS2lwNUhXs0 Specs of the tune from the Carbahn’s site.
