Help a newb with draggy results

Had a few more runs this morning. Setup, non-comp M5, car in Sport+ everything, 1/2 tank of 93, 50%+/- on Pirellis, RC map 7. Here are a couple of 60-130 runs...

Here's the interesting thing (to me at least). I seem to get better 0-60 times from non-LC launches (Sport+ everything, suspension in Comfort, D3, stand on brake, full gas, and release at around 2k RPMS)

And here is from the previous day using LC.

I get that there are a lot of variables with 0-60, but I would have thought that using LC would yield much better times than not using it. Forgive me if these are a bunch of newb questions here, but this is really the first time that I have started to find out what the car can do since I owned it.

Also, is the 60-130 time around what I should expect from my car given the setup above? TIA for any and all help.

Are you driving a comp or non-comp?

No, I am waiting about a second after the flag, and I am in comfort.

Noted on the Pirellis. Have PS4s in my Tire Rack cart ready to go, but got to burn off the Pirellis first.

You read my mind. I am actually going to try and get a few stock runs in this week so that I can compare the two.

Here is a stock run (no RC, 1/4 tank of gas, everything else the same as above).
