Has been out for me for the past two weeks, waiting to get my car back so I can see if its a configuration issue. My dad is able to access his car no problem.

One more thing...today i spoke with my dealer,and he told me that 3D view remote is not available in EU due to EU regulation...something like we can take photo on our phone unknown people without their permission,so to prevent that..this option is canceled.

I need opinion from EU drivers to confirm this?

Is it possible that in EU we can not use 3D view remote using bmw connected.

You can use it but it is limited to I believe 3 views in two hours. At least in Germany. It's different in every country. And there are also country's where it's not permitted.

I finally got an email back from BMW on this. They recommend deleting the app and reinstalling the newest version. But no dice.

I'll figure it out once I get my car back this week. Perhaps phone just needs to be re-synced to the car?
