Ja
You won't get any performance difference under stock or mild tune.
You will need aggressive tune to take advantage of bigger diameter.
But then, you will be stuck with a bottle next in the mid-pipe and muffler.
Proper way is to go big all the way from Turbo to tailpipe.

Well I have the aggressive tune

What's the performance difference you think?

What's a good big/wide turbo back system?

Unfortunately I don't know the gain and no sure there is any exhaust company made bigger diameter all the way to the back.

Most guys goes with catless downpipe mainly for the sound increase.

Be careful a lot of brands out there taper to under 3 inches in certain spots on their pipes. Ours are 3.5 at the turbos with a smooth step design transition to avoid any turbulence going into 3 inch all the way to the exhaust

So how are he Keller's difference Trojan the ERs

I thought Keller was a 3.5" pipe

But sounds like it starts at 3.5" and transitions to 3.0"?

Is that different than ER? Is that just a straight a 3.0"

Only ours are from 3.5 going into 3 because the stock exhaust is 3 inches, and most after market exhausts are 3 inches so it has to taper regardless, so instead of tapering all the way at the exhaust and creating back pressure we did a smooth transition with our step design, our flow pattern is flawless, I don't know much of their product but from pictures it looks like their start at 3 and taper under 3 inches at the primary pipe before connecting to secondary, and yes we believe it is way healthier for turbos to have a larger diameter at the turbos when cars are tuned with extra boost.

All downpipe have to taper to 3.0" at the connection or else it will not fit.

Does MSR full turbo-back?
If it is not, I bet you it tapered down to 3" to meet factory piping.

As mentioned above, unless you are getting a custom exhaust you cannot have a true 3.5" downpipe. It needs to taper down to 3.0" to fit.

You will need a custom exhaust that comes with its own downpipe for that 3.5" setup you are looking for.

That being said, I have not seen any dynos showing power increase from 3.0" to 3.5"

I have ER pipes for sale in the classifieds. They worked fine. Like others said unless you're doing custom they all neck down. Dual 3.5" is dumb for these power outputs...
