Anyone get good discount off MSRP?

On regular M5 or Comp. I was offered $1500 off MSRP yesterday(bad deal) on Non Comp 2019 M5 and passed of course. The test drive blew my mind as it was my first time driving one. I ended up with a Comp with 2k off MSRP as Miami Market dictates little discounts and since I had a trade in, going out of state wasn't an option.
5k off non comp was obtainable at one local dealer.

On remaining 2018's, I would say at least 10% with all the rebates. I see that advertised on Autotrader from some dealers.

My dealership only is giving me $1500 off of Comp Package M5 MSRP. They suck. I am really thinking of walking. Really expected a little more from them.

$9k dealer discount off a 2019 M5 base model...add in BMW $5k lease incentives and loyalty and I've got a $119k M5 with a sales price of right at $103k.

I walked out of the stealership after they wouldn’t budge. They called a few hours later. I asked for $3500 off and they said ‘deal’.

This what I got on my M5C.

Considering the market (Miami) and the fact that plenty of folks would pay over sticker I took the deal; I spec'd the car as well and it was the 1st M5C at this dealership.

The killer on these cars is the poor residuals .....

With that said, the car's a monster and zero regrets.

It varies so much. I had one dealer tell to add $5k to the msrp. One told me msrp. Another said only $1000 off because you are a friend of the salesman. These are on 2019 model year.

Never pay more than $500 or so over invoice. Invoice is even better. There's just too much inventory out there.

Was told there is no loyalty on 2019 m5’s. Comp or base.

So I’ve got a pretty awesome deal going discount wise but man, bmw lease on m5 absolutely sucks!

Just ran a quick search on cars.com and there are over 300 M5s in inventory. Start contacting dealers and tell them you are willing to do a deal at or close to invoice. Based off my experience, they usually provide best deals at end of month.

Cars.com is so inaccurate. When I called the dealer about the car, they said that one has been sold already but come in and we can order you one. They leave theses cars on cars.com apparently for advertising reasons.

Looks like Auckland, New Zealand, based on their profile. It'll be cheaper to stick with your dealer.

What’s an awesome deal? I’m currently getting 6% off or invoice. With a $127,500 competition, selling price $119,300, first payment only 36/10 comes to $2041 with 6% tax. Straight deal. No bs fees and no rate markup. Think bmwfs needs to add another 10% to residual. Lol. My issue currently is not so much whether I can get a better discount but whether I want to commit for 36 months at a stupid payment on a $125k car roughly. Hard to justify and purchasing makes no sense. These drop like rocks and either way, going to have to hold for a while and that’s a problem for me. I like to change often. 8-14 months depending. That’s just me.

M5C Residuals are garbage .... bit the bullet and love the car but you'll feel 10% less residual and little incentives.

Check and see if anything may have changed w/ November programs.
