Bought my my brother's 5 from United Roswell. They're not on the list but honestly is a great dealership. They're also in what seemed like a pretty competitive market (ATL).
On the other side of the coin, I bought my M4 from Steve Thomas in CA. The WORST buying experience of my life. They lied about an option on the car, promised to have car delivered by a certain time and missed it by 10 days. They didn't send on enclosed trailer as promised. Car came with curb rash on three of four wheels. And Steve Thomas and his GM Tony Rossi both had the nerve to tell me I can't do much because I've already signed the contract. Tony even cursed at me. Their view of customer service is very shortsighted. It'll be a sad day when those guys end up on this list. I don't ever expect it happening but I guess anything's possible these days. |

#'s 4 and 14 should not be that high on the list let me tell you that and that's all I gotta say about it. If they were the only dealerships left to sell BMWs- Id buy an Audi in a heartbeat. Love my car- hate those two Texas dealerships

Austin BMW-
Great PHYSICAL dealership with amenities etc.. but a certain sales guy there is just a total clueless idiot San Antonio BMW- Dealership pales in comparison physically to ANY other dealership- so low rent looking that KIA wouldn't allow cars to be sold out of there. Have bought $250,000 worth of cars from them since 2004. Went to buy 2 435's for me and my brother- they quoted me LIST PRICE for both cars- ZERO discount. I took the offer sheet, walked out of the dealership ripped up the paper, went to Austin got a much better deal but had to buy from the clueless idiot I referred to above. He is no rookie either- been around BMW a LONG time- but what a dick. The service department however (not owned by BMW of San Antonio I think) has gotten much better so thats a good thing. |

Me, dad, 2 uncles, and a cousin all have BMWs from BMW of Riverside. I now live in Irvine and go to Irvine BMW for maintenance, but when the time comes for a new BMW I'll still make the hour drive to BMW of Riverside.

No South Florida -and not one Florida as a state- dealer listed.
Ummm... I have 11 Key Performance Indicators of why is that: Customer Last, No Aftersales and Sales data. They do move cars though, but like cattle. And it does feel like cattle. |

No south Florida dealers. Not surprised at all. It's a shame we have such horrible dealerships down here.

Same for the MD/DC/VA area, no dealers ... Though I think Passport BMW in MD might be the best to deal with in the area

Woo! BMW of Austin! Can't say enough good things about this dealership, especially when it comes to the service department!

Baron BMW? Seems like weekly staff turnover. The sales experience is a take it or leave it offer sheet that's shoved at you.
Service department is good. Baron is the only BMW dealership in a metro area of 2 million people. Customers need some choices. |

We have the same issue here. Metro of over 2 million and one BMW dealer. It's been that way forever and they've gotten lazy because there's no place else to go. Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio was that way until they opened the second in Boerne. They lost an ass load of customers (both service and buyers). They did a remodel of the dealer (old and outdated as hell), but nothing else changed. Now people drive from all over the city out there to get service\buy a Benz. I am really hoping BMW here sees the writing on the wall as, rumor has it, we're getting a second franchise not owned by their owners.

BMW of Atlantic city in New Jersey lol, but they had such a hard time finding a dealer to do re-delivery (after my ED) that my CA said he would never do it again
