BMW of North America Announces Best Dealership Awards

32 BMW dealers honored as Centers of Excellence

Woodcliff Lake, NJ – March 5, 2015 BMW of North America, LLC is announcing its annual Center of Excellence honors. This award recognizes the top BMW dealerships in the U.S. who have achieved an outstanding level of performance in 2014. These dealerships have shown their dedication and enthusiasm for the BMW Brand, their customers and employees.

The dealers were measured on 11 Key Performance Indicators against their peers which include, Customer First, Aftersales and Sales data. This data is then calculated to award the top performing BMW dealers. Only 9% or 32 of the 339 U.S. dealer body are awarded this yearly top honor of "2015 Center of Excellence" based on their 2014 performance.

“I congratulate these Center of Excellence winners for their great achievement,” said BMW of North America President and CEO Ludwig Willisch. “Many of those on the list have earned COE honors over multiple years. To me, the achievement is evidence that these centers know how to continuously delight their customers. I hope they will proudly display their COE recognition and I know they will certainly enjoy the rewards.”

That pic looks like bill Jacobs. I am surprised scherville got one, I didn't like their service at all and they were not willing to work with me one bit. They are also the only dealer I know that uses autocheck instead of carfax.

Go Riverside! Larry was great.

I do not recommend Crevier or Irvine. First thing the guy at Irvine says to me is.. "You're not going to waste my time are you" And Crevier wanted $5000 down!!

I am pretty excited about BMW opening a school @ Thermal Club. Hopefully I'll make it out there one day.

I've had pretty good luck with Knauz. No complaints with any warranty work. Don't use dealers for out of warranty.

Should do a state poll on here of most recommended dealer. As other Chicagoans mentioned, nothing in IL, but maybe there's a few that have had a great experience in terms of sales then service.

Center BMW in San Fernando Valley, CA is great too. Went above & beyond for me.

No Bay Area, California dealerships on the list. Not surprised at all.

BMW of Columbus is the only dealer in the area of Columbus/Ft. Benning, GA, which probably accounts for their high sales numbers. Their service department is okay, but I will never buy another car from them. The dealers in Atlanta offer far more competitive pricing for comparable products.
