Thoughts on lease deal

Been working the dealer on the ‘19 M5 base after hearing the groups thoughts. Really appreciate the collective wisdom.

Here’s where they are:

117,345 MSRP
104,740 selling price

36 months.
15k miles per year.
.00128 money factor

$1,255 monthly payment (taxes included)

57% residual
$66,886 residual value.

I need 15k miles.

Thought from savvy folks who understand leasing?

I know enough not to put money down on a lease.

If the Mf is at the buy rate looks like a good deal to me. I haven't been shopping them as I've had mine for a year so not 100% on current discounts.

Check this thread also tons of great lease info. Post on the thread as well you may get more replies. Good luck!

10.7% off a 19’ is decent, but you should easily be able to get 12-15% off. Residual and MF are correct. $0 down of course is correct, you understand leasing.

Did you pull the trigger on this? If so, did you get the warranty / how much was that? I'm about to pull the trigger myself on a 116xxx build for 102xxx.

his payment sounds about right as in your calculation no incentives were included.. I'm sure dealer is using all available incentives towards zero drive off and reduction of cap cost to get that payment in mid 12's.
