Navigation on the dash RPM gauge?

I was curious if anyones been mid navigation and shut the car off quickly turned it back on and seen the navigation route guidance and map displayed where the RPM circle gauge is and if there was a way to enable that full time or switch between.

All that I've read says it shouldn't be possible to do and that wasn't a feature until LCI cars...

But curious if anyone else has experienced that?

Turn off the HUD
Nav will then be in the rev counter dial

Sound alike a small glitch since I doubt you turned off the HUD. And yes it can be shown there and has nothing to do with LCI etc.
