Money Factor

Hi All - Hoping someone can help me out... Where can I find the August base money factor/lease factor for a 2020 m5?

Thanks in advance!

I was told by the dealership that I use, MF is still .00099 for August
I'm on the fence between getting a 2020 or ordering a 2021 M5 and they said the MF would be the same on both. I trust in what they say since I've bought 5 BMWs from them in the past few years and they haven't lied about anything yet

I also checked out a few other forums and I'm seeing .00099 for all Aug. BMW leases.

Sorry it is not a link or something concrete, but if you are going in to make a deal, push for .00099 all day

As already noted in prior post, I was at the dealership yesterday and can confirm that August MF is .00099

Thank you all... That’s what I thought. Based on proposed payments, I think the MF was marked up significantly... Any suggestions on the negotiation approach?

Supposed to pick up this week, ordered the car in January.

You can simply ask them to please give you the "buy MF" with no mark up. Hopefully they will honor your request. Good luck!

Also check the lease acquisition fees which should be $995 if I am not mistaken because they can mark it up too....

Max markup that BMWFS will allow on MF is .00040. Either way, you should say you are only willing to pay base MF.

Ya the dealer that originally had my M5 before I had another dealer buy it from them was significantly marking up the MF over .00099 for July. And they wouldn't budge.
