I'm not sure whether I should focus on the 'awesome' or the 'lol'?

The 60ft is remarkable. Wrt/ to the ET: did you note the part where I said I had to hit the brakes and where the acceleration plot and speed reflected it... hence the laughable trap speed?

The DA was indeed near perfect; traction wasn't once moving oddly enough but hey ho...

On private road. Pump 93 octane.

Likely going to Track today. With this ecu file, launching on the street is easy compared to the track. Car launches so hard on track it goes into limp mode (car thinks it got into wreck) every single time. Think I'm building too much boost...need to engage launch control and launch immediately, as others have said.

This run was ok, but not great. I accidentally shifted out of third at 4k rpms which is too early. can tell from my 60-130 which was not good. typical 60-130 is 7.7 for me.

Regardless, happy with this outcome...for now. Need a clean run to see best performance. I assume a tenth or so better and 1-2 mph.

weistec tune, remus exhaust, filters, charcoal delete

Killer pass! A tiny bit left in the 60ft, but that's hit or miss in these. That is one place BMW could beef up the programming..better LC logic.

Conditions were pretty good, though, other than potential loss of traction from the cold but my nicely broken in Michelin PS4Ss in 295R/285F decided they didn't care about the $hit road surface or temperature. Note also I had to brake hard in the final second due to a lack of remaining road so there may well have been another 1/10th in there.

- 92 octane pump; no octane booster
- tire pressure @34psi square when cold
- BMC air filter + charcoal delete
- JB4 on map 1
- go-faster black-wrap side skirts and intakes provided an extra -1/10th
- Fisher Price paddle delete saved me an ounce or two
Another killer pass. Do you have the JB4 log of the pass ? That is the best 60ft I've seen on the street in an F90. Well done.

Track this AM.

93 pump gas. Raced a stock hellcat on tires.

really great pass for both cars. I dont think mine has much more in it on pump (60 into 1.5x range would be killerrrrr). Hellcat doesn't either.

...shows how quick and fast these m5s are. Hellcat got the jump but I caught him and was pulling away. Super nice guy...said that doesnt happen often...

just did another pass...11.08...car fumbled launch again. Will get another.

Noice!

It looks like the Dragy is lining up nicely to the track timer, too.

I did not...The lol - was for near zero DA - not common here - but I am hoping for some solid DA before year end to try for a 10.7x...

10.6 with braking is crazy...looking forward to seeing more runs. With that 60' you should see some low 10 second passes full out.

Apologies, missed this.

I do not: 1) it didn't occur to me that the very first run would be worth logging and 2) Bluetooth gets pissed off when I try to connect to both the JB4 and the Dragy simultaneously and errors out often on connect or with other random annoyances.

I ran a 11.266 @125.04mph (crappy las vegas motor speedway track)
1.738 60 foot using launch control
DA was 4400-4500
Track Elevation 1962 ft.
temperature was around 85 degrees
19 comp pack with ER secondary catless d0wnp!pe5 only
Stock Michelin tires
93-95 ish octane gas

I don't know why so many have launch control issues. Worked every single time at the drag strip (around 9 passes)

Your times still blow me away for just a piggy. That's awesome! Aren't you tempted now to throw some intake and DP's on it?

I switch cars ~every 12 months or so. Given that, my aftermarket mods are limited by my desire to not have to lie to my wife... but yeah, I'd love to know what this car can do with a few more bolt-ons.

Are you planning to mod yours? Presumably, these same times are waiting for you. In fact, you know what, forget the times--the kick-in-the-back in 4th gear is all you need to become addicted. It's a night and day difference.

Yea, I only had my car for a couple days. Now it's gone for 8 days getting full PPF and window tint. The day I get it back it's going to Auto Talent to put on my HRE's, Eventuri intake, and Remus exhaust. The plan was to wait until I get a few thousand miles on it before I put the DP's and tune on it but I don't know if I can wait man.. lol

No need to wait, easy to justify doing it all at once cause you save money on install lol
