Some were complaining about leaky struts after lowering the car with springs. I thought I've seen some posts when I was replacing my setup with LCI competition one. If you are under warranty You might get refused replacement with aftermarket springs installed.

Can’t be that bad. Apparently a BMW dealer just CPO’d an M5 after removing lowering springs and reinstalling stock springs.

But there has been one report of a dealer denying warranty on leaky struts because lowering springs were installed. And now we know of a dealer CPOing a car in which lowering springs were installed.
