$3,000 budget for wheels

What are some nice wheels I can get for around $3,000. I know the Titan wheels are on my list. Anything else out there in this price range?

depending on diameter/width, I am sure it could be lower! Not sure what he is looking for, 19" or something smaller possibly? But you are right, I changed my wording to "around" instead of "under" haha...
