I definitely notice the most road rash in the lower part of the front doors (and side sills) right behind the front wheels. Side bumper behind the rear wheels seems fine.

My CS went in for Xpel at 150 miles. It already had numerous rock chips on the lower front fenders, side skirts, and front doors. Agree that the rears don’t seem to be an issue.
I won’t be driving it regularly with the Pirellis. No reason to destroy the car like that. |

Same - the sound kills me, and looking at the bottom of the fenders does too! I am waiting for a set of wheels to be built, with plans to run MPS4S daily when they’re done. For track or planned spirited driving I’ll put the stock setup back on with the Corsas.

Ive had the CF Mud guards on my 3CS since almost new, definitely necessary with spacers and the sticky cup 2 tires.

Rivets. After reading through this post I ran some advanced machine learning algorithms through my BMW AI system (Googling site:bimmerpost.com +AutoTecknic splash guards) and discovered this thread:
https://f90.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1741975 It has some more good info to include the installation process.

Me too, and if anyone is curious there's no difference between the non-comp and comp versions. They have that on their site for any F90 part to be certain customers order the correct one if there is a difference for a specific part.

I was messing with the Apple Pay feature on the AutoTecknic website and accidentally ordered these on my phone. What a convenient way to pay/order. Literally just double click and fill out nothing. I mean I was going to think about it a bit longer but I've got a UPS tracking number already. What kind of person would I be to cancel now.

I have those autotechnik cf flaps and they cured the rock problem of it showering the side of the car there. Buy them.

I just purchased a set. I think this will help reduce my need to PPF the sills and more, so it should be money well spent. I did buy this type of thing from Tommy L Garage (for my F80) and it seemed well worth it.
