Damn so now its 60 at 10k?
Yup, BMW back at its usual tricks to move stuck inventory . A bit late in the year, but sure enough, it's here.

And MF still a solid .00128. 300+ 19 M5s on the lots still. Good time to be in the market for one.

Is cash incentives still 4500? The 60% only on comps?

I thought no 4500 with this increased residual for October?
When does the incentive expire then?

I wish I had seen this before getting mine! Didn't realize they just changed the numbers.

My deal:
2019 M5
113k MSRP
5k due at signing
36/10k
$1086 a month

If I remember right they only took 2k off msrp. A lease broker I've worked with in the past currently has one listed for $950 a month with 5k due at signing. It has 0 options though.

The incentives are valid from now until the beginning of November, by then they might increase or decrease, depends on what BMW decides to do.

If you do not mind, could you indicate the current incentives from BMW and the qualifications?

For example, if you have leased and purchased many BMWs in the past, but are not currently a lessee or owner, does this disqualify one from Loyalty?

I am debating to lease soon or wait and see how inventory looks like by end of the year. Seems like a ton of 19’s out there that are not moving and hoping for some extra incentives or dealer trunk money

If the residual and rebates remain until end of the year the dealers should be very motivated to move

I've been watching inventory at some of the dealers in Texas and it seems that the residual bump has these units moving faster than before. I think by the end of October, most of the cars will be standard fare in terms of color and equipment which of course is fine if you're not overly picky. If I can find a car I like I'm not going to wait.

You can lease in NJ or other states and not pay taxes upfront even if you register in NY.

It is a 19. Where do you think there is room here and what deals are you seeing?

For owners loyalty, you must have owned a BMW in the previous 12 months. Proof of prior ownership is required such as an old insurance card, registration, etc.

Everyone qualifies for the lease credit.

Hey guys,
Wanted to run something by you. I was given today some figures, but not much more details yet.
Let me know what you think?

2019 M5, msrp 115k.
36 months, 10k miles per year.
Brooklyn NY. Tax rate apprx 8.875%

1) taxes in monthly payment = 1,240 per month and / 3,000 due at signing.
2) taxes upfront= 1,125 per month and 6,500 due at signing.
3) taxes in monthly payment + max multiple sec. deposits = 1,180 per month and 3,000 due plus 7 upfront payments MSD.

Are these any good at all?

Thanks.

Nope, someone just got 118k msrp for 1100 a month, zero down no MSDs including taxes, so you should do better without any out of pocket except the first month payment

Yes but that is a one off. Not every deal can be that great. But in terms of what i provided, does it sound somewhat appetizing or worse than average?

You are about $150 off especially in NY Metro u should be able to score that deal. Hit up other dealers around.

Where can i search bmw m5 inventory in bmw dealerships across US? The bmwusa only gives me 100 mile radius. Was wondering what folks use as their search engines.
Also...how do you research how long car has been sitting on dealership lot?
Thanks!
