So this happened today..headed for 2020 m40i service Appt earlier today and while I was driving out of my garage, thought I could squeeze out between ups truck and my wall..pshh! Who was I kidding!
Anyways, took it to bmw collision center..they said they could repair without replacing door..currently waiting for estimate from them..My deductible is 500$ but I don't want to file insurance claim..any suggestions on what would you do in this scenario? Would you shop around? any thing I should be aware of? Vehicle is leased,btw.. thanks

Id find another trusted collision shop if your arent going through insurance, much cheaper. I recently had repair done from a deer incident and the collision center quoted me $370 parts and labor whereas the dealer quoted $640 just for labor no parts.
