CPO 2021 M5 - any warning signs from this service receipt?

I was curious as it stood out with them changing the coilovers and tires, I haven't had a chance to ask the CA yet.

OP, would you be able to share a screenshot of the relevant portion of the actual report?

Did the previous owner or lessor install lowering springs?

That was my first thought as well, and then the car was reverted to stock.

that's all there is, just a generic report - i emailed the CA for more specifics, but a good point about lowered springs and then reverted back for CPO?

Absent other surrounding/ancillary repairs, that's the most logical explanation. Without context or explanation, we obviously won't know for sure. I am assuming that if it were damage to all four (unlikely in and it itself, it would have used the verbiage "replace" as opposed to "install."

I don't know the hard and fast rules of what modifications make a car ineligible to be certified. As I understand it though, there is some direction from BMW, it is mainly up to a dealers discretion, and it is obviously in their interest to CPO it. Modified suspension reverted to stock? Possibly a candidate to be certified. Full on stage 2 tube, probably not. But most of these dealers would sell their own mothers to make a dollar in my opinion (though not all), so it's hard to have faith in them sometimes.

The out of state dealer I traded my pre-LCI into did not bother with certifying my car before offering it for sale. It was mechanically bone stock, had never been tuned or messed with, and never even had LC used once. Clean CarFax, no accidents, very well maintained by M master tech only at my home dealer where I leased it. A fantastic car for someone to acquire used and not abused, despite being driven hard. They went so far as to put on new P Zeros. They've lowered the price by $1000/week for eight consecutive weeks and still can't move it. I don't know that CPO status would make a difference in its saleability, but it was an excellent candidate for CPO, and they didn't bother.

I heard back from my CA and you’re all correct. The previous owner has a lowered suspension and they need to put all OEM back

I personally would prefer my car to not have had its suspension messed with, but this is probably mostly benign then.

those where some of the minor concerns I had, I always thought it's supposed to be 0w-30, doesn't matter anyways since I passed on it.

Transfer case is 75W, BMW PN 8322240971. Rear diff is 75W80, PN 83222447362. Front diff is 75W85, PN 83222413511. There may be some substitutions tgat work but I did not research that.
