Yeh anything above 70 is impossible for base. Unless they decide to add a lot more options to base. And then it wont really be base now would it lol.

As Voltigeur pointed out, it is interesting to see the cut-off at $65k. There is something similar happening at $60k, which I bet is more representative of the average M3 buyer's sentiment. The $65k cut-off might be attributed to the fanaticism of the forum members. I'm sure BMW knows all this, and will price the car under $60k if they really want to sell 50000 units.
