Matte PPF wrap?
I heard that there such thing as a matte PPF wrap! can anybody confirm that? I believe the supplier was Llumar... not sure on that. I have a first edition M5 which is a frozen red color and I think it's worth it to do that especially in that paint job!

Hey, I think I responded to your other post under the cosmetic maintenance section regarding this same concern. There are a few different manufacturers (3M, Suntek, Llumar, Xpel) that make matte PPF, which is what you definitely need for the frozen dark red metallic paint. I don’t have any experience with the other brands, but I ended up going with a whole body Xpel Stealth (matte ppf) on my First Edition. Xpel Ultimate (gloss ppf) was used on the carbon fiber roof and the headlights. I got 2 coats of ceramic pro on top of the ppf, and ceramic pro leather treatment on the interior to protect the smoke white leather. You can’t tell from looking at the car that it has a ppf. The Xpel stealth keeps the original look of the matte frozen paint.
