The slapping/rubbing sound in the beginning?
If correct, no for me.

Looks great! Do you notice any rock chips or debre getting kicked up due to the spacers?

I haven’t so far. I’m at 5200 miles so we’ll see. Another reason to go conservative with the spacers too.

For 1mm, I wouldn't worry.
Alignment shop may makes your alignment worsen.

I got 12 front 10 rear. From the naked eye and putting something flat from fender to tire, one side is slightly more aggressive. I'm going towards an alignment issue.. which makes the most sense to me, it's as if one side have more camber than the other

Spacers

I am thinking to do it this way as well, it looks clean! any alignment issues running these 10 mm spacers? thank you

Wheel spacer won't change your alignment.

Dropped on KW HAS

Factory tire sizes mounted on Vorsteiner VFN-501 so they stretch a bit giving extra tire to fender clearance. Not relevant in the front but definitely in the rear.
I like my cars mildly stanced.

20X10+20 - No spacer (although max of 5-8mm would fit if hub height wasn't the issue)
20X11+28 (Effective +17 - H&R 11mm hubcentric spacer in rear) this is max you could fit without rubbing at this height..

What are those plastic inserts above the rear tire? Looks like a rock chip guard or something?
