On first inspections it looks like M3, but look closely... It's actually M5. The lighting throws you off.

Are we sure this isn't photoshop given the fact the grill badge says M3?

It doesn't. There's a dark reflection on the upper left side of the 5 that makes it look like a 3.

Its a reflection. Badges are 5 not 3. These are the real deal photos from the Film Shoot.

This particular car has the Rear Diffusor and front intake CF Trim installed. It had a very odd build sheet and also has M Sports Exhaust, tailpipe finishers in chrome, and the tri-color striped seat belts.

Apart from that, this color is very nice but the chrome kidney needs to go
Love the interior, the seats ... are the trims a mix of carbon and brushed aluminum ? The part around the shifter appears to be carbon and the dashboard appears to be aluminium.
What are the rear tire set up ? I can see 275 at the front so I'm guessing 295 at the rear
This time around, I really hope that BMW will follow Audi & Merc and offer the option from start to spec your car with carbon trims (mirror, diffusor, lip, etc...)
Looking forward to see the specs and high res pictures
Well there was a little help on the renders over the past couple of years

The interior trim shown is Dark Aluminum Carbon Structure. Tire specs to come in a few hours.

What i always liked about m cars is the PERFECT distance between the rear quad exhaust. It seems they are further apart this time, prob the only bit i dont like. Also they had a talk a while ago why no ceramic controls in M cars and yet here they are love red M buttons, seats, nappa dash, alcantara roof headliner. Oh I dont like the wheels as well.

I dunno, looks very very large. I am sure the power is incredible, but its soooooo HUGE like American Cadillac HUGE. not feeling it, not even if it made 1000 hp, which will happen very shortly once some of the Tuners run up kits for it.

Looks like an LCI LCI F10

I think the front and rear bumper design is cleaner on the F10. But this will look great on the road I'm sure.

Hate this place. Hope I never have to come back. But I'm sure I will because of my wife.

It looks good but I wouldn't buy it. This is for dads who are trying too hard to forget they have a family. M cars should be light and nimble not beastly things with a couple of M badges and a semi aggressive grille. But that's just my opinion...... I'm sure plenty of people will buy it.

Looks good but still prefer F10 because it's a natural RWD

it says M5, the picture is low res taken from the video. if you watch the actual video in high res it shows 5 not 3. I can see what you mean though but this is the real car.

Looks nice, interior is amazing. It's packing some serious heat and will be very attainable after a 3 yr lease

But as typical of BMW of late, it'll likely be more of a sterile rocket ship Autobahn cruiser than a true driver's car. BMW, Audi, and Mercedes are all producing the same exact car really. Even Porsches aren't as raw as they used to be.
