Don't like the front lights that much as most of said no special or bmw like. Very similar to VW. It's doesn't look bad but it's like other cars already on market. Tail lights will have to see in person but look nice I think. Would love to have bigger iDrive screen but instrument panel 2019 or earlier is better.

Doesn't look that different, still just a bmw sedan and too far under the radar for the price....

Awesome car!! Unfortunately if I stick with BMW when my X3MC is up I may have to stay with an SUV and go with the X5MC (I prefer sedans strongly but strollers and such)... in my opinion Competition or better (this) wins every time. No "base" M for me

Look like Jetta / Audi headlights. Saw one in person today and such a disappointment. These will not age well. The pre - LCI is a timeless BMW look that shouldn't have been changed

Haven't encountered an LCI update yet that's not a must have. Proper!
Looking forward to seeing one lowered on perfectly fitted black 21s with a tidy front, side, and rear aftermarket aero pkg.

Overall not bad (especially compared to other BMW's coming out lately...) but there is something about that front end that is too sharp/hard in the body lines that doesn't really go with the rest of the car, kind of hard to describe but the front end looks very stiff, maybe due to less curves in the design, the pre-refresh still looks better, but overall glad they didn't pull a 7er with this and give it oversized grills.

Instinctively I want to call the styling "decent" or "not bad," but then I think about some other recent BMW styling directions and I find myself thinking a lot more favorably. The obvious target consumer is someone looking for a sleeper. This styling isn't so exciting, but does it really need to be? Be careful what you wish for with BMW these days.
