Interior cabin lights
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Is there a way to disable this so I can help keep them asleep? lol Its aggravating because I turn off the ignition, and they come on. I press the central lighting button, on the ceiling mounted near the top lights, and all of the interior cabin lights turn off. Simple enough—except I open the door and they all turn back on. Then as I go to open the rear door, they all turn back on and I have to double press the ones in the rear real quick to turn them off. With 2 doors in the back, its basically a comedy skit trying to keep the lights off! Most "dumb" cars have a setting where you can disable them from turning on with a basic switch, like my minivan hahaha. This is exactly the time when I want to enable said switch |

Press and hold the dome light (middle) button until they turn off. They should not come on again unless you manually turn them on......this used to be the Bmw procedure not sure if it still applies
