Does your car have a name?

When I brought my new car home and showed it to my 14 year old daughter one of the first things she asked was "have you named your car yet?"

I hadn't even thought of it. Then she asked if she could name it. Since then several people have asked me if I've named the new car yet and some have even suggested names (Esmeralda, Celeste...). I haven't decided on a name yet.

So I'm curious how many of you have named your cars? If so, post up some names (and photos if you'd like) of your cars. Thanks!

I name all my vehicles, so my F90 will definitely have a name when she arrives.

For those who haven't named their car and are considering it, be warned: it sometimes creates "issues" with spouses/significant others when you humanize a vehicle and show it "love"... Just sayin'

Ha! It's my kids too, that name my cars. First name was for my then new '09 911S, in which my kids named "Sally" after the 911 in the movie Cars. My son the other day asked if I remember the name for the Masi, which he named Francesco, after the F1 Italian car in Cars 2.
I then named my 911 Targa "Yosemite Sam" after I added the duel output, looks just like his two guns hanging down on each side. Tomorrow after I pick up the M, i'll let him name it and post! lol

LOL, not atypical of 1st MY cars. My 13' F10 M5 was a mess .... much worse than anything thus far on the F90.

For years, my 7 Series have had a series of German names starting with "F": Franz, Fritz, and Friedrich. My pending M5 needs a more distinctive name, I believe!

Mine is called “Bad Motherfucker”. Was named right away after wife and I spent some time in it. Its also Samuel Jackson’s name for his wallet in Pulp Fiction.
