I ordered my diffuser from them around the same time and I got it in. It took a week longer than they stated but I got it. I got lucky.

Yeah you definitely got lucky! Must have caught Sam between one of his many unforeseen catastrophes that seemingly excuse his frequent atrocious customer service.

Yeah it sounds like it did. Yeah we have a huge cars and coffee here in Charlotte every first Sat of the month. Averages about 1500 people. It takes place in the Whitehall commons area. Check cars and coffee Charlotte on IG or Facebook.
