That calculator is questionable at best.

Just for reference you can now buy a used F90 M5 engine for $15k +plus maybe $5k labor =$20k ....so the Racechip insurance isnt that bad......also the Racechip is a conservative power increase what are the chances of the engine blowing up......F10 M5 engines were having issues when pushing north of 700whp mostly.....

Has anyone read the legal warranty claims from Racechip covering up to $10k ? Has anyone heard of anyone needing to claim and have they paid out?

Hi all! I know it's my first post but i follow this forum since 3 months.

I just installed racechip gts black on my 2018 m5 and the results are amazing!
I've second cat delete and xpipe + BMC air filters

Same day dyno shows :
cat delete and xpipe = 629 hp and 745 nm
BMC filters = 643 hp and 761 nm
racechip map 7 = 737 hp and 880 nm

I'm going to do dragy times next week to see the improvement

The car pulls harder but as smooth as stock. We didn't expected so much gains.
Installation was so easy, it took 5 mins.

My tuner said a BMW was ecu tuned last week in Paris and it was instantly flagged. The owner received a email 5 min after install. I have 18 months warranty left. So i decided to go this way. I cant wait to have dragy numbers to mesure the difference. I still can believe the gains lol

ok so here we are after the autobahn run
the dyno was right. the 740hp is no fake.

100 to 200 km/h
first run full tank 2 guys racechip off : 7,3s
second run full tank 2 guys racechip map 7 : 6,2s

this car is insane and the racechip is a magic box lol

Only 1 so far.
That's because customer got a flat and owner is kind enough to tell the SA that he has RaceChip.
That is totally unrelated flagging.

It is like LeBron got smacked, but Shaq who just sit on the side as commentator got called for Flagrant Foul.

thanks. I never tune my cars with piggyback but the racechip is really a good one. I hope everything is going to stay safe in the future
