xhp flashtool won't make backup??

hello i want to flash my f10 535i but after I connected the car. it only says install but I want to make an backup first but where??

also I have tried to install and now its ready to flash the maps but still nu backup??

If I may ask, which cable setup are you using for XHP? I have been trying for over a week with multiple different INPA/KDCAN cables and different Android devices to connect to me 12 535 and it always errors that can not read TCU?

Doesn't XHP recommend Bimmergeek's KDCAN cable for reflash?
