Front splitter "falling off"

Man I lost the lottery on quality control on this car haha. No issues with my 2022 but this 2023 is turning up to have every issue imaginable (except for the coolant tank). First rocks /debris in the factory paint finish then paddle shifters are "peeling apart" (the nice m performance ones are stickers like the gas cap cover) then I notice a nick in the center console edge where the leather "popped" off, now my splitter is coming off the car and barely hanging on for dear life... not to mention the trim for the roof is lifting like other have mentioned before. Have a feeling they're going to argue the splitter coming off is due to "external influences" just like they did for the center console but I'll see what they say tomorrow hopefully!

Gotta say though I guess not everything is gonna be perfect on these cars haha it's luck of the draw and you either deal with the issues as they pop up or just end up hating the car like some others that have had mechanical failures (I'd rather mechanical than cosmetic honestly...) hopefully the body shop doesn't take the paint with the splitter when they remove it, I really wouldn't want my bumper repainted...

Wonder if the issue w the splitter is the adhesive not bonding to the frozen paint.

Not really sure, but you can tell that one side of the center piece and the same side of the corner piece is sitting a bit low and it moves around a bit... doesn't look like there was any adhesive there and it kinda looks like it just wasn't fitted right to begin with (gap all around between splitter and paint for center piece) probably with the air flow at close to vmax it started prying down on it a bit haha.
