Does anyone know if I can put a stock secondary downpipe to a catless primary pipe? Need help!

I have installed many setup with stock primary and Evolution Racewerks secondary pipe.

Could you share you impression on doing primary catless with stock secondary?
How is the smell and is there any drone?

I wish I remembered to give you better feedback but I only had them in that configuration for a week and the secondary catless pipes came in and I installed them so it's been smelly and raspy for as long as I remember.
