My M5C feels slow!

Picked up a stablemate for the M5C yesterday. The acceleration on this thing is on a whole other level and makes the M5 feel sedate!

Any other bikers on here?

Welcome fellow Ducatista! The new V4 is a beast . . . like your M5

Nice 959! I considered a 959 Corse but by the time I added the underbelly exhaust (EU models come with the double exit side exhaust) it was almost the same cost as the V4.

I’d get the V4 too. Would love to have an up/down quick shifter

I ride a Kawasaki ZX14R and a ZX14 I know what you mean about how your bike can make your car seem "slow" lol

Fun fact: the Ducati 959 runs the 1/4 mile in the low 10s. Your M5C with just a piggyback is running 10.3s on race fuel and 10.6s/10.7s on pump so you can get pretty darned close for chump change.

// EDIT: 10.28s is the fastest I've seen from a car in Abu Dhabi with a tune plus downpipes.

I would match it with BMW S100RR 1/4mile 9.8 sec.
Just a opinion, I don't drive bike

Quarter mile times give an entirely wrong impression of bike performance compared to cars. Launching a bike is limited by traction and the need to keep the front end down. 30-130 the V4 would leave my M5 standing.

Not to belittle the M5, it is a great car, but the actual speed (and especially the sense of speed) on 2 wheels is incredible.
