BMW connected app - stuck?

I get this error message:


"Service can not be performed. No services can be performed at the current time because another service is in progress. Pease try again later."

This error occurs for any request, remote 3d refresh, honk horn, lock doors, etc.

Considering deleting app and reinstalling?

What do you think?

I think it may be their server because I was getting the same error message is for you all weekend long.

I’m going to be calling BMW genius this afternoon to check things out. I’ll let you know if I hear anything.

I did speak with BMW genius and I was advised to uninstall the app and wait 10 minutes and reinstall the app. Hopefully that will work.

Yup that was the fix. Sort of a Windows 98 method. Error occurs, blue screen of death, fix....."format hard drive and reinstall the OS."

I'm now getting the following message on remote 3D view: "In the current area Remote 3D View is disabled, because the current or a neighboring country doesn't allow this function."

WTF...the car is located at my window tint and ceramic pro installer in Dallas!!!

I got same thing today. Some server issue??? Give it time. Not a very reliable service if you needed it daily. Oh well.
