Garage List
Mrs car service

New territory with servicing the Mrs Citroën.

It's just turned 3 years old covered 9k (5k in 12 months) on a HP with all intentions off keeping it.

Should we book into the main dealership, independent or main chain like In'n out?

If you have a good local independent then why not. I always prefer the place where the guy you talk to has his name on the business, more to lose. Hate the big chains for the same reason...

Main dealer, if they are not much more than the independent then why not, especially if you get a courtesy car....

Citroen are quite reasonable with their service costs, even tyres etc. Finding a good Indy is like finding the holy grail.

Looking at the Citroen prices here they won't be much more than elsewhere.

That said I serviced the daughters myself from year 3 (so last six years) - they are so easy to work on.

First step is to find out what dealer servicing will actually cost. You may be surprised - it might be very reasonable.

Erm read the previous post...

Pricing looks reasonable to me, I'd only be questioning why the 1st year service and minor service are priced differently but below they do exactly the same work! Nothing like spending an extra £20 just because your car is a year old and not 3...

Doesn't apply to you though, but independent won't be too much different I don't think and might be a pain to find.

Stick to the dealership.
