That is no Police car! Here is the original Polizei 1er coupe from the "Tune it Safe" PSA program... as seen at last year's Essen Motor Show...

And the first time you flash them in public, you can probably be charged with impersonating an officer. A quick google search says that's a felony. (Hmmm....wonder if they can take your car too.)

If I was still in NY, it could be very bad idea putting those red and blue flash light. In Korea, I only turn it on at the drag racing scenes ^^

I don't know if he had Weisslicht but I found these on Bimmian.com. I did a search after I bought some clear angel eye upgrades. Btw...they are not very bright...may purchase Lux angel eye upgrades next year.
