I believe a second or two is enough time to build boost, it actually launched harder with less time building boost, try that, what tire are you running?

10 second car is the minimum requirement so yes

Thanks, I shall try that. I was letting it build for a good 4 to 5 seconds and I think I was letting it build too much boost. It has the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s.

Yes after a sec or two your pretty much at full boost, that should do the trick, m8 comp should def be able to hit 10's

Yeah I agree, it ran 11.2 spinning our of the hole so I'd venture to say it could go 10.80ish.

First off. This is awesome. I love the launch picture you got. Second, I have a random question. In the video I can hear your rpms go up from launch control. Then I hear them die down. Then go back up again. Did you have to reengage launch control there before launch?

Great runs and very consistent 60's for street tires!

Thank you! The tree light took forever to change so didnt want to sit on launch control forever, as soon as i let off the throttle, the 3 yellow lights starting blinking so i reengaged launch control and was able to get a reaction time of .1573 which was my best pass of the day 10.82 @129mph

I did 10.39 with JB4 on map 1, which is the most basic increase. I also used Michelins with oem wheels.

Very impressive!! Did not know that was possible with a stock 2018 m5! What was the weather temp? Car and Driver claims the m5cs 1/4-Mile: 10.6 sec @ 130 mph, thats what im hoping for with cooler temp. Great lakes dragway?

1/4 of tank with 65 degrees out was able get two runs in since the track was closed down already by the time I got there and wow was able to hit 10.58 @ 128mph.. Car is completely stock, def going the full bolt on route can wait to see what it will do 🤯
