It's 10.23 in Singapore and the weather is not too bad, slightly overcast but the sun is out.

I know it's a long time until lights out but fingers crossed for no rain!

Starting at 8th, I think a dry race would benefit Max more.
If it rains, I expect LEC to win

But Max' lead in the WDC is so big, that there is no real pressure to win.
Only from his drivers heart.
Better to finish a bit lower than aim for win and crash.

In this case and scenario I agree that starting from 8th no rain would be more beneficial to Max. The track is just too Monaco like to have any advantage if the track is wet.

There are a few rain clouds around but they should blow away quickly so, fingers crossed, should be a dry race.

A view of the clouds and our view from the stand which should be spectacular when the Sun goes down

The Singapore track lay-out looks actually like a Monaco part-2 ...

Overtaking is very difficult . Almost impossible .
That's why I'm thinking , rain can give MAX more possibilities to gain positions .
I'm pretty sure on this track (in the rain) , we'll see the pace car more than once ..
And I'm afraid for a 'mess in the rain at this track ...

But !
Let us not forget our 'Lovely Hannah Schmitz with her outstanding well know RB strategy !
To gain positions on this track , unexpected situations can bring an advantage by applying excellent strategies ..

So if it rains : "Let's shake the cards again"

Of course without incidents ...

Goes to shower.

Comes back to see downpour.
