2022 VS 2023 changes

Hey guys
I'm between a 2022 and 2023 M5 comp, both are new cars. Is there any differences between them other than the year ?

I thought only 2 new colors and the anniversary roundels were new for ‘23.

I’d go for best price and preferred options in your case.

Can easily get the BW stereo without jumping through hoops. Other than that it's not a change. Outside the ugly rounders. Vomit. Haha

You can get the roundels on the '22 as well starting with the February builds. I wonder if that means they'll stop producing the '23 models with the roundel before MY ends production.

I thought I wouldn't like the anniversary roundels, but I went ahead and ordered with them anyway, since I figured the normal ones would always be available.

Well, you can probably guess where this is going. I ended up loving them and will not be going back to the normal ones, lol

When is the cutoff (date) for ordering a 2023 f90 M5?

The EOP date is not know afik. You can follow https://f90.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=901686 and it will likely be updated there. The final allocations will likely be the first week of the month prior to the month that is EOP.

I don't know officially, but I believe it is sometime in June. I put in an order for MY22 M5 on 02 June, got a production number on 07 June, and on 27 June the MY was changed to 2023.

I actually don't hate them. Just prefer the all black look of them and always order the painted ones from IND anyway. Lol I like them on a black car. Just not on the lighter colors. Think it clashes.

Just Google IND and see for yourself, they sell all sorts of different brands. Some better than others.
