Looking to get an M5 CS. Any advice? What dealerships or advice do you guys have in so cal to get my hands on one?

When are they arriving and can you get them at MSRP?

Take a checkbook, and accept/expect to pay over MSRP if you can find one that isn't already sold or a dealership with an open allocation. I would be looking outside of Cali for prices closest to MSRP.

It's a limited-run model, and if no market up is a steal for its price point.

I got on the list for the M5CS about 2.5 years ago when it was just a rumor. At the time I was the first to inquire about it with my dealership so I got the first slot. I also got it in writing that my price would be no higher than MSRP. At the time (2 years ago) I was a little disappointing that I couldn't get any discount in writing, but now, I am glad that I at least got it at MSRP.

I doubt that you will find an allocation at MSRP in California. Dealerships were given all of there allocations about 2 months ago. Production is currently split between July and November build dates. I've got a July build and it should be here in October.

No one knows for sure how many are coming to the US, but I've heard 440. With it being that limited, it could be tough to find a slot still open.

Have to put a deposit down and order into the order bank. Just MSRP no markup.
