I don't think fucy wanted to do it anymore. I tried to take over the gb, but nobody seems interested anymore since we couldn't get 30 people, therefore we couldn't get the bulbs for $210 + shipping.

SocalTy,

Thanks for all your efforts! The problem with this GB IMO was price. If the price was better, I'm sure more people would be interested. If what SUV lights says about price is true, then a GB on this doesn't have the same affect as on a product that has a higher markup. Sounds like Suvlights are close to GB prices already? Anyhow, I will probally (depending on what comes of this GB) end up purchasing direct because I want to keep my stock bulbs, actually all my stock parts, I made that mistake before and had a tougher time selling my car.

Danny

Install for D1S bulbs

We typically don't do installs, I know some shops that can do the work If you are in the San Gabriel area you can try

IMPEX MOTORSPORTS
935 S. San Gabriel Blvd.
Located next to Sprewell http://www.sprewellracing.com/
San Gabriel, CA 91776
Tel (626) 285-6630
ask for Harry or tell them Jen (HID lighting guy) referred you. They told me it would be about $35, We had a customer pop them into his car in 10 minutes by going thru the wheel well after turning the tires all the way to the end of one side.

If you want to come by (call first!) maybe we can help.

Go for it, i purchased mine already since I didn't think this gb wasn't going to lead anywehre. But I LOVE these bulbs! Absolutely gorgeous color output with minimal sacrifice of light output.

18LLC, there are pics, someone from BK posted pics at night from inside the car. Search for "osram" and you will find the post. Before I thought these bulbs were true 6k, but they are really apr. 5400k, so you won't lose much I think.

The color is noticeably different, however you're not losing that much (if any) light output on these. I drove last night while it was raining and it was just fine.

I think that was only for the GB. I don't intend on sending my OEM bulbs back for only $45 anyways, they are worth more for me to keep them. OEM HID bulbs are not cheap!

I hear you only $45 back for the oem you can use the 6000k for awhile than if you wanted to sell it, you could get aleast $100 for it

If you mean stock, all of them are around 4300K or so.

I believe the e46's all use different projector lenses than the e90. Plus, most of the e46's have been running the bulbs for a long time so they are very blue with age, Combine these two elements and you have a very blue look.
