Ok. They don’t come dumber than me. I thought you meant fuel leak and I’m looking at video waiting to see gas spurting.

Probably close to that

Same wheels as Competition?

No CS on alcantara trim like on M2/3/4
No CS trim no buyers

Can't wait anymore, should get released very soon.

Looks to me like the same paint/trim combo of the M8 GC First Edition based on the gold/copper in the grill surrounds as well as the green looking paint. Instagram post states HP is likely to be ~650.

I am more interested in improvements like suspension/traction/weight etc.

HP and TQ is no interest to me sense mine F90 was at 800HP

Oh damn. It's real! Looks like different front seats, maybe? I am guessing that's why they're covered.

So Gay.
Well done BMW marketing, a heavy CS version of M5.
LCI upgraded, with probably side holes in the seats and a tune, CS badging.
Lets add 30 K to the price .
.1 sec fast then comp, 0.2 sec faster then standard. Sign me up.
Not that I'm butt hurt for owning a first gen F90. but if your gonna make the car then make the car. Let an M5 be an M5 - not 5 variants of it.

EDIT: - I am going to ask IND to make me an M5GTS Badge. this way I'm ahead of the game , lol.

I agree with you. M5 should be THE variant, period. Make it the best from start. Stop with the whole Comp and CS bull crap. If it's too sporty for people then there's always the M550xi for them.

After all, it is a business.

You can get those via tunes and mods too.

Very curious about the final result. So far it's a mystery...

Crank, more then plenty
Any more then that things won't hold up for long without some big changes

Yeah. Agreed.

For those doubting that number, two of my M5s made over 730 whp (2 or 3 different dynos, different days, different seasons, different cars) with just a piggy. Judge these cars on their performance, certainly not the factory claimed numbers.

Eh. A cs m5 makes no sense to me. They should have just power bumped the regular competition.

U can do far better on your own and still save a ton of money

I had all three iterations of the F80
regular
comp
and currently CS
I can tell you the CS is much better than comp in a variety of ways
better suspension , steering feeling , power delivery , and feels lighter
is it 20 k better than comp ? most people will say no
but if history repeats itself , M5CS will sit at dealer lots , and ultimately will lease cheaper than M5C because of heavy incentives and people will buy them
Currently you can lease an M4CS cheaper than regular M4
