None of the BMW accounts (BMW, BMW USA, BMW M) are as active with posting on twitter as they are on IG.
Maybe I am wrong, but I think my comments are viewable to anyone who has an account?

At least I have almost week before my car hits the VPC. Hopefully this won't be longer than another week or 2 at most. Again, it's mostly the lack of communication, conflicting information and bad PR from this brand and at this price point that is the most disturbing.

I commented on their recent M8 post on FB and in 5 minutes got this response. Messaged them what they asked for, we'll see if I get any actual reach out.

I just exchanged some messages with them on Twitter. They asked for VIN and phone number. Will let you guys know what comes of it.

Dealership told me software fix but I almost don't believe them as it seems like they are always kept out of the loop on things. I'm not sure what I do if the M8 can't be delivered next week, or doesn't have a timeline. I will definitely need to ask for a loaner car of the same caliber. Here's to hoping its done next week |

Yea if folks bombard their social media pages maybe they will act quicker. Brands tend to feel the heat more because news spreads quicker on social media
