F90 comp almost stalling

Guys I put a video up of what my car has been doing lately basically when I start it sounds like it’s going to stall and then it catches itself. Also I started it one day in the odometer and the tachometer went black on me and then the traction light came on I’m at a loss here

It's a fuel pump.

I had same issue

Eventually car will turn off

Just bring it to dealer

Car will also run better once fixed

i swear the car is not pulling the way an F90 should. i test drove a X4M and i swear that felt faster. call me crazy but can this fuel pump cause the power to be held back?

Yes. My car was driving horribly before changing the fuel pump. My 0-60 was low; quarters we crap; and my ignition timing was very low . I think it will make a big difference. It did for me. Faulty fuel pump can have problems giving engine enough fuel af start and under stress, such as WOT = slower.

I'm here in Fort Lauderdale ,Fl. i said Joe make sure the tech changes the fuel pump , a lot of people are having issues with their F90"s. i don't want the car back unless its changed. i got all disturbed about all this . 120K car dealing with this nonsense! thanks again for the update.

I hear you. I am in Palm Beach. Let me know if you want me to link your SA up with my SA @ Brahman. It's a common issue with the 2019 M5s, and I'm hoping that's the issue for you. It's an easy fix. Once they changed my fuel pump - which was faulty - all the starting issues disappeared and the car felt much better.

Did they replace both the high and low pressure fuel pumps? Or just one? If so, which one?

I have the same issue on a 19' M5C.

Thanks in advance.

I've not really felt a loss of power .... or maybe I've gotten used to it. Car goes for an oil change in the coming weeks and will address it with my SA.

No wonder I felt my car low on power recently. just did not pull as hard and feels considerably slower. maybe I should get the dealer to have a look over on the fuel pumps.

Yes i would get it checked.Handful of people are having these fuel pump issues. So my car is at the dealer and they found my issue which was fuel pumps. The bad news is that they told me they have to order the parts from Germany which can take 7-10 days to receive . I'm assuming my car will be with them for two weeks. They gave ma loaner , which was the new X7. this thing is a Bus!!!! HUGE. I am appreciative they gave me a 90K loaner , thats the least they can do being my M5 will be down for quite some time.
