I want to know the cost of the tune and some idea as to how it may or may not affect reliability.

I think that it's not the brand of the dyno relevant but an ectronically-controlled synchronisation of the speed of the front and rear roller.
Did you not had wheelspin in 2WD?

Well the official figure on the M5 brochure states 0-100 3.4 and 0-200 11.1 for non Comp.

Unfortunately not. 99 RON (Shell V Power) is the highest we have available. Would like to tune for Aral 102 when I am over in Germany next and see what can be achieved.

Is that a thing for Dragy times now?

Will download a weather app to get this data next time I'm doing some runs. I don't have any of that data for the above runs.

I gotcha... but since you're promoting 100-200 for the stage 2, what's the benchmark (factory) 100-200?

Just so we have an apples to apples comparison.

That was the question, not 0-100 or 0-200.

RaceChip measured 6.8 seconds pure stock 100-200.

Really? Because I thought this tune was brand new and the cost and aggressivity of boost not stated. Go figure.

Thanks for your input.

the generality of the question, not in any relation to evolve or f90.

evolve has an impeccable reputation and if you bought an f90 you shouldn't be questioning any tax related to owning the car. reliability and cost of tune is discussed over and over in relation to many bmw motors and chassis.

I'm not promoting anything, that's the OP. Factory doesn't provide 100-200, so I was giving you what BMW provides.

Apologies but I don't understand what you're saying. F90 tax?

Has the cost of the new Evolve tune (at least what I think is a new tune?) been discussed at all, much less over and over? Because I am unable to find it anywhere and thought I would ask in the thread before reaching out to Evolve sales personally.

Also, my understanding is that not all tunes are created equal, in fact, I understand the opposite to be true. My experience with 550 tunes was that some were overly aggressive and had a tendency to cause problems while others were almost totally benign. Some were ECU flash tunes, others piggybacks, etc. Are you saying that asking about reliability issues regarding this tune is some sort of faux pas?

Again, I apologize, I just don't see what you are driving at exactly, no pun intended. Do you even own an M5? Or are you just trolling this section to inject snarky commentary, or am I missing something?

Thanks again, sorry for any confusion.

Still curious about the cost and more details regarding the tune! Looks awesome.

With respect to our Euro friends, converting km times is tough enough without 100-200 mid range run type numbers.
Dyno charts, 0-60, and 1/4 mile times are the US standard and much easier to compare at a glance, for me anyway.

The 99 RON Shell V-Power is 95 RON with ethanol and not the same quality as the Shell V-Power 100. With the Aral Ultimate 102 you will find additional HP's (around 800 HP with your setup) and a lot of more torque.

P.S. I think that the original inlet with a BMC replacement air filter will reach the same result than the eVenturi due to termic reasons if you don't have a direct fresh air supply.

My apologies, for some reason I thought they responded to my question.

I was hoping Evolve did the same runs, pre-tune, so we can see their delta.

I did a 7.3 100-200 stock (99 RON) From the factory figures someone else posted 0-100 3.4 and 0-200 11.1 - means on that run they would have done 7.7 100-200kph.
