Here is the deal I am working on - seems to be pretty good when comparing against some of the other posts I have seen lately

Let me know your thoughts

MSRP: $122,695
Selling price:$104,095 ( including $2500 lease credit and $2000 loyalty)

Lease terms:
36 Months 10k miles a year
60% residual
$0 total driveoff
Money factor 0.00128
base payment: $1,120
(I am trading a 911 in (they are cutting me a check for it), so getting some tax benefit)

Never leased before, found a 110k msrp 19 M5, I have good credit score what can I expect to pay / negotiate ? I did some quick lease calculators and seems I could possibly get it for under a grand with Florida taxes and no down ? Don't want to walk into the dealer just yet without having some knowledge.

Found out the unit was a demo with 250+ miles on it. Ughhh should I just wait for 2020? I am losing interest in a sort of used unit.

Those numbers they told me it's their 100% all in. They don't want to negotiate any further. Apparently it's a demo unit.... and they are selling it as NEW. Shady

Need some help, I know this is not a great deal and waiting for more info but MSRP of $125K, dealership only taking $9K off price, $2700 drive off and payment is $1363 without taxes. They say MF is 0.00128. I’m thinking I should be able to get the sales price down another $5K and base payment around $1200/mo?

It's not shady. Car still has the MSO, so it's still a new car.

That said, it's not the best discount, but it's still more than what they were selling demos for around here.

9K off is a slap in the face. If it's a '19, the starting point should be 12.5K off plus the 2,500 lease cash and the 2,000 loyalty (if you qualify).

That would get your payment where you want it to be.

10k miles a year...36 months...base money factor...i wanted to pay taxes upfront...no cap cost reduction money down...only.taxes...im.paying 1122 a month on 127k m5 comp...and the color i fell in love with...i saw snapper rocks blue years ago...didnt think id be able to obtain one since there's not an abundance of them for 2019 remaining stock. But never hurts to reach out to dealers and make offers. Also when i entered all the criteria into leasehacker calculator, i ended up paying less money due at signing, and little less for monthly payment.
I was honestly looking for a lower msrp vehicle...around 115k to 118k. Of course the goal is to get 12% to 14% off 2019 models before rebates, but that's easier said than done. Many dealers are just not willing to deal. Stay the course and you may find someone that will deal. So i worked my way up to 11% before rebates and didn't want to push my luck further. If it was a much lower msrp car, id definitely would have tried negotiating additional 2 to 3 points. But end of day you have to know when to settle. And im extremely happy with the deal, as end of day its whatever youre comfortable with paying.
Thanks to this forum i knew my figures, what to expect, and what to take. The hardest part was getting it in real life out there. But many of us have posted great deals.
Good luck...

Trying to make a deal for a high msrp 2020 M5C (dealer added a ton of carbon fiber--some of which I may remove). Potential selling price will be $127k. I am hoping for some guidance on Lease rates for 10k or 12k/yr Lease for 3 years, with and without MSDs, and including tax (I am in Southern California 92648 zip). If the numbers are not good, then I could just buy.

Thanks very much for your advice!

Yeah def, congrats!

What was your out of pocket total, doesn't matter what it's for(taxes, bank fee etc..), just curious what it was because that monthly is great.

I picked up a MBB M5C 2019 with $128k MSRP for 11% off, 0.00128 MF, lease credit but no loyalty credit, added T&W insurance. I paid taxes up front plus first payment and small amount down. Payment right about $1300. 10/36.

I see the following deals for 2019...

if its a high MSRP (127k+), dealers are going down 10% off plus $4.5k loyalty/lease, MF 0.00128. So monthly rate would be around $1100 with local taxes (initial payment of first month, dealer, reg fees, 10k/yr, 36 mo).

If you are shopping around, go for higher MSRP to get a better deal.

Most of us are paying $1300-1500 for base, and $1600-1800 or comp. So current deals are only available for a very short time.
