M Mode "ROAD" "SPORT"
What M mode do you all prefer “ROAD” or “SPORT”?
I have an LCI and I don’t know what I did when I was setting it up but I am unable to change my m mode to ROAD. It defaults to SPORT. I try to switch it by pressing on the m mode button by the gear shifter and it automatically moves to SPORT. Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated. |

Did you code something? I didn't think there was a way to default to sport. Do you have driver assistance stuff? If you activate any of that it should change to road.
I drive in road until the car is warmed up then do sport because I want the HUD tach and left side g-meter. |

Aren’t there a bunch of options you can select in some menu to always be on or off? I can’t recall where that is located, though, in the idrive.

So I found out what the problem was. When I was coding I changed the head unit to M Performance 200mph. Apparently that forces your M mode to default to SPORT. Thank goodness for backups.
