Online Entertainment Issues
Hi All,
I have recently picked up a used M5 F90 and I have bought the online entertainment subscription. I have managed to sign in on the car and it was working fine for one day. It now plays the start of a song and then stops about 15 seconds in and restarts the same song. This continues indefinitely and if I try and select another song it says 'download failed'. This has been happening all day and really starting to get annoying. I have also noticed that the round world type icon fades out every few seconds or so. Can anyone offer any assistance please? Thank you |

Did you already have a subscription to the music service you picked on the setup screen? I had this problem and had to contact the music provider to fix it. I have to do this every year when I renew too.

Yes, the account I used to sign into the car already had a valid subscription - until Nov 2022. Do you think I should call Deezer too? I called BMW connected drive earlier today and they said they will send another signal and to try again in 24hrs. Doubt it will work. It does occasionally download a song and allows me to play it but it took 5hours to download 19 songs!
I’ll give Deezer a call and see what they suggest. |

Yup this is a Deezer issue and they can sort. I'm with Deezer too, sounds like the same problem.
